Yes RAW eggs are fine - some people give them shells and all. Our stafford has been fed a diet of raw meat, edible bones and offal since we brought her home at 9 weeks.

Now at nearly 11 months, she is very muscular with no extra fat, has shiny white teeth and the glossiest coat. Even the vet comments!! Our 15 year old cat is the same.

Dogs are CARNIVORES - this is a physiological fact. Their teeth and digestive system are not designed to cope with grains, vegetables or dairy. They are built to eat carcasses!!

Now is the perfect time to start your dog on an appropriate diet for life. Many pups are weaned straight onto raw meaty bones. Those 'baby teeth' are quite capable of crunching through bones. The feeding guide has some good information on feeding pups.

Ditto on the no milk.....I give my dogs egg and cottage cheese all the time(not together),but they are older than your pup.
One egg a week mixed in food should be fine.I always whip the eggs like for scrambling and nuke them for 20/30 seconds to warm them up.Cold raw eggs.....yuk.
At eight weeks he still has milk teeth so nothing too hard food wise right now.You have to be careful about tartar too so you may want to get him used to you brushing his teeth.
No human toothpaste as it will make him very sick.Dog toothpaste is available with a little brush that fits over your finger.

Cooked egg, but no milk at all. Yogurt is good, but avoid the cows milk.. If you feel like you need to give her a little bit of milk, Goat's milk is a better idea.

You could add small amounts of yogurt or cottage cheese to its regular food - it should only be a small percentage of what they're getting. Egg is OK, in the wild, dogs would certainly eat eggs if they found them. If you're feeding dry kibble, be sure to get a high quality food, moisten it and let it soften before feeding.
