the other night I dreamt I was in my back garden and fish were swimming through the air but there was no water around them. What does this mean? (Apart from that I should be careful about what I'm eating and drinking before I go to bed!)

It sounds to me as if you feel like a fish out of water. Many times we dream in puns, cliches, and old sayings in an attempt to tell ourselves something. You would have to try and figure out where you are feeling at loose ends. Good luck
