Hey...I'm not another person asking if I'm fat but I was just wondering if this healthy/ok. Im about 5'3 maybe 5'4...i 92.5 pounds. But keep in mind I do a minimum of 9 hours of my sport training a week. I eat breakfast everyday..small but filling for me..weetbix ( as in one) wih skim milk . Lunch and dinner vary if I've got training. Im almost 14.. I don't eat junk food ...definatley no fried foods. Plenty of fruit and low fat cottage cheese. Oh and of course veggies.

Sounds like you have a balanced diet. Although you do need some healthy fats in yur diet so that the fat soluble vitamins can be absorbed properly (like vitamins A and E). Healthy fats can include, avocados, olive oil and small amounts of nuts. Don't forget to include plenty of lean protein for muscle development and carbohydrates for energy. 92 pounds is on the lean side, but you might need to be thin for your sport - such as gymnastics or ballet.

What sport do you do?

Doesn't sound too bad to me. You are only 14 so aren't at your full growth yet so you'll get heavier and taller in the next few years. Your final correct weight will depend on your bone structure and shape. Your diet sounds good too. You are eating a nice, healthy, varied diet and doing exercise so I wouldn't worry about any of it too much. I'm 5'3" as well and when I was 18 I weighed about 112 lbs and looked good even though I didn't exercise that much. Just keep doing what you are doing now and you will be fine.

it depends on your bone type. You sound like a small boned person so its ok but kinda borderline. Look regardless someone your size probably needs more protein and fat.
fruits contain antioxidants that is good for your immune system and bonehealth because of the vitamin c. Make sure you do some weight training take some calcium and get plenty of healthy protein and fat good luck.
