lately ive been having some recurring dreams. could these be memories from my past life? in one of the dreams im being auctioned off and the highest bidder is my husband (from this life). its strange because in my dream i have this sense that he is a stranger and that i dont know him but we've been married 3 1/2 years? its not always the same dream but the theme is the same and my husband is always in them. the dreams are very clear and real its like "dejavu"

I think you have a very stressful life both in domestic and official life and the reason for such dreams is such exhaustion. Just take a shower before bed, drink a glass of hot milk and go to bed. Spend some good time with your partner and sleep. You will get uninterrupted sleep for 6-7 hours. My promise.

I don't think it's a past life thing. I think it is that you feel like you are out there for everyone to see and you can tell that your husband wants you more than anyone else- but you feel like you should know more about him, perhaps you feel he is hiding something from you so you feel don't recognize him anymore or perhaps something he usually does has changed lately so you don't feel like he is the same person you knew.
just spend some extra time and talk with him to find out more about himand his past and what is going on in his life right now. one little insignificant thing could throw you off subconsciously.

No, your dream seems to point to the fact that you feel that you were a slave sold in marriage. You may see your husband more as overbearing and some type of task master or a slave master. Which is foreign from the treatment you are used to receiving or expect from your husband.

Is it possible you feel as if your husband is "paying a price", for being in the relationship? Feeling as if you don't know him and that he is a stranger is how many people feel about each other when there are strains within a marriage.

Sounds more like a "fantasy" than "past life regression."

You and your husband might benefit from a little "role play" in the bedroom.

I don't believe there is a "past life". We live one life and then... period.
