The good: hours, pay, working conditions.
The bad: rude and abusive customers, not dealing with people face-to-face, and people not understanding what you're trying to explain to them or you can't understand what they're trying to tell you.

okey dokey so I worked for the biggest call centre and the only 24 hour one in australia.
pros:
flexable hours
able to swap shifts with staff
good money
great penalties
excellent training
work with a good bunch and everchanging lot of people

cons: night shift at last minute and no notice
strict work conditions
constant changing of rules
having to learn this rules in your unpaid breaks
bloody clock watchers. you have to spot on on the minute with calls and breaks etc.
bitchiness cattiness comes from lack of sleep from everyone
too many supervisors managers floor directos...bla bla bla
contstantly wanting more of a service out of you as the company changed with no extra money
weekly reveiws with constant threat of firing you

Good thing is Identify the people, Flu event in English
Bad thing is Non stop taking with others without worry of sorrowdings they spoil her name easily
