Beside 570A has IS anything make this make betteer than 560? is the 30 dollar more of 560A worth it? What does IS main benefit in this type of camera? does it help alot more for night low light shot?

It does the world better and I bet ya that 30 bucks can save you a life time. Not only its useful for night shots but in every situation as well. Its different than just simply raising the ISO of the camera but there’s a special layer in the lens that does something. But I advice you to go for the A570 IS.

An image stabilizer doesn't take the place of a tripod, but can be very important. Pay a little extra and go for the Canon A570.
Yes it's worth it!

Image stabilization compensates for any camera shake when you're taking photos without a tripod. I'm returning my Canon A640 because it doesn't have IS and I'm getting too many blurry pictures. I don't like to use high ISO because the photos get too grainy, but then I have to use longer exposures and there is more camera shake making them blurry.

IS is Image Stabilization and definitely worth the extra $$$. The Image Stabilization will help you get better pictures. Buy it.
