Charlie was fixing a door and he found that he needed a new hinge, so he sent his wife Mary to Home Depot.

At Home Depot, Mary saw a beautiful teapot on a shelf while she was waiting for John, the manager, to finish waiting on a customer.

When John was finished, Mary asked "How much for the teapot?

John replied, "That's silver and it costs $300.

"My goodness that sure is a lot of money" Mary exclaimed. Then she proceeded to describe the hinge that Charlie had sent her to buy, and John went to the back room to find it.

From the back room John yelled, "Mary, you wanna screw for that hinge?"

Mary replied, "No, but I will for the teapot."

If it is not listed in your job description or discussed when hired (in lou of a job description) or implied via job title (like personal assistant), then you should not be doing it. The accountant should know that he can not charge time on personal errands as business expenses which he seem to be try to do. This is improper and he as an accountant should know it too. Does he have you track his personal errands time separate from the business errands time? Other wise he his mixing his personal expense with his business expense.
