The whole bible is important but the main message is to believe Christ dided 4 everbody who will ever live 2 save them and they can go 2 Heaven if they believe that he did that and in him. Also that he coming(Revelation). Buddy's 2nd answer said that love was the only important thing in the New Testament but i think he svery wrong: Revelation gives all the insight and info on the last days of Earth which is very relative to now since this world is so crazy.

The Most important message In the New Testament is what Jesus taught his disciples to pray for in Matthew 6....The Santification of God's name through his Kingdom. Obviously there are many other important messages like that found in Mark 12:28-31 where we are told that we 'must Love God with our whole heart,soul,mind and strength' and we must 'Love your neighbour as yourself'

We have a problem and God has a loving solution to it. God want to make us part of His family.

I find so much of the Bible to be amazing that it is hard to limit myself to just one, most important message. It's all important!

That God truly loves us. In this world of deriliction, pain, lonliness and darkness...that God is there waiting for us to come to Him, guiding things along for the greater good, even though things can seem so bleak. That He has suffered with us, has even died yet conquered death, therefore there is nowhere, not even unto death, we can go that God is not. That the loving words he speaks to us, in our hearts, are written in hope. That there is nothing in all of creation that can wrent us from his love but our own choosing to turn away from Him. That before we even knew him, before we were even aware of ourselves, He loved us. Even in our own darkness and sinfulness He calls us back, like a father to a prodigal son, like a lover to his beloved, like a mother to her children. Gods love.

If everyone practiced charity twds one another, pure charity, then there would be a lot less conflict in this world.
