Fruit. String cheese. Or even combining fruit with protein. Protein can help to curb the hunger, and fruit or something with natural carbohydrates can give you a little energy kick. Maybe apple slices dipped in peanut butter or something similar could do the trick.

Try pita chips, flavored rice cakes or even some fruit, they all are filling without landing on you in a bad way, especially during a diet or time when you watch what you eat.

Raw carrots, any kind of fresh fruit, dry cereal; cheerios makes a great snack to replace the chips.

Baby carrots are your friend! Try to avoid dipping them in anything, as that's just wasted fats...carrots are sweet, the constant chewing relays a "full" feeling to your brain faster than something soft, and beta carotine (spelling?) is good for you, too!
It's no prep time - no slicing or anything. Just open a bag and dig in. Yum!

Fruits, veggies, rice cakes, fat free cottage cheese. Things with lots of fiber (fruits and veggies) will help you feel full and stay full longer.

Cut up some vegtables or fruit and keep it handy at all times. Either in tupperwear in the fridge or little baggies in your car, backpack, purse, what have you.
