I think that the STOP KILLING PEOPLE part would be a good place to start.
Also, kick out the current teachers who are in power, and allow government to exist without the "State Religion" having a firm hand in law.
Take Shir ah law and dump it into the toilet. Of course it wouldn't be Islam without Shir ah law, so there's my answer.
Actually, God is using Islam to make things work the way they are supposed to. So leave it alone. It's going to suck, but God is going to melt their faces off anyway.
