The quick and easy fix to stop the bedding from being soaked is to get a cheap shower curtain and lay that over the whole bed when it's not being slept in.
Some bedspreads have a smell to them from the factory, which smells like cat pee. The cats smell that and figure it's ok to pee there. Even several washings won't remove the smell, so if you got new quilts or sheets, that could be a cause.
Some cats decide they want one litter box to poop in and one to pee in, and BOTH need to be very clean, otherwise they pick somewhere else to do their business.
Some cats may be trapped behind closed doors and can't hold it so use a spot they figure is ok, that isnt' their fault.
Some may have an infection and decide the box is making them hurt down there so they won't use the box, they'll go somewhere else.
If the cat has been ambushed in the box by another animal, or if the area around the box gets more foot traffic, they may decide it's a bad place to do their business and find a different spot.
There's lots of reasons a cat will stop using a box.

This has a very easy and obvious answer. You need to shut the doors. Any time you're not home or asleep, the cat needs to be put away somewhere so she can't get into trouble. Your mattresses should have vinyl mattress covers on them to protect them from being ruined, and also a mattress pad. The pad will make it more comfortable, too. The cat will pee wherever she smells a body odor and sheets pick this up rather quickly. Be sure to change the sheets and wash them in hot water weekly. Also be sure any dirty clothes are put where the cat can't get to them or she'll "go" on them, too. If your cat hasn't been fixed, please do so right away. Cats that have been fixed are less likely to do this (but they still might). A good choice might be to put the cat and her litterbox, food and water in the bathroom and make her stay there for a week -- all the time. Don't let her out. This will give her an opportunity to use her litterbox all the time. Cats are very clean creatures and usually don't want to mess where they eat, so the cat will have more incentive to be good in a small room like the bathroom.
One hint, though, you might want to clean the drains in the sink and tub before she takes up residence there. You can also put a couple of inches of water in the tub at first to discourage her from using that as her toilet, too.

Last year my beautiful Manx cat Theodore went out for the evening and never came back. I love cats and the house didn't feel the same without one, so I picked up Lola from a rescue centre. She was very frightened and would pee all over the house. I found Cat Spraying No More on the internet and the techniques worked almost immediately. I haven't had a problem with Lola since. Amazing!
Can't stop your cat peeing in the house? Then worry no more...

Have you had her checked out by the vet? A lot of the time, when cats suddenly start behavior like peeing and pooping outside their litter box, it's due to health reasons. In other words, it's painful to pee (or poop) and the cat starts to associate the pain with the litter box and will go elsewhere instead. You should have her checked, if you haven't already, to rule out that this is not due to illness.
Aside from illness, there can also be a variety of other reasons for this. Have you moved the litter box? Purchased a different brand of litter? Is your box covered or uncovered? Is your litter box old and becoming worn? (Sometimes the plastic ones take on a permanent smell and cats will stop going in them!)
Those are some things to consider. It's also not uncommon for a cat to no longer want to use a certain type of litter, or to want to use one box for peeing and a different box for pooping. Try offering a different box using the same or a different litter, in a separate location. The rule of thumb for cats and cat boxes is one box per cat, plus one spare.

one :there is either something in yours brothers room that smells like a litter box or cat pee so try cleaning the room with an enzyme cleaner to that the previous smell wont be magnified.
two: Your cat hates your brother. Cats are smart they know when someone hates them. My cat benny loved everyone but would only pee on my dads work clothes. Everyones clothes would be in a pile and he would dig them out and pee only on his clothes. My other cat squeak does the same thing, he only goes in the room that he hates.
three: For some reason your cat is stressed, thats why she forgets where to pee. Has a new cat moved into your area or has she got some sort of illness?
and for the person who said yell at your cat and show it the pee? what are you !?..cats dont react to discipline unless you catch them in the act..everyone knows that!

Have you had her to the vet to be checked for a medical reason behind her behaviour? How many litter boxes do you have? Are they covered or uncovered? What type of litter are you using? Where are they located? How often do they get cleaned? What are you cleaning the bed with when she goes there?

why arent you so smart to just get the litterbox for youre cat to use for go bathroom. thats why most cats use litterboxes whenever they need to go by their self. doesnt cost much to buy one and its not hard to put somewhere in youre house. if youre cat still a young kitten then you need to train youre cat potty train least do that. my cat doesnt even popp or pee anywhere in my house cause she just go outside instead. you shouldnt overfeed youre cat with wet foods cause that will cause the cat go bathroom any where else. you can just leave some dried cat food all the time in her dish. dont gave her water after bedtime so se wouldnt even need to worried to go pee on youre stuffs again.
