Who are Nick and Kevin playing in the new movie they're doing?

I know Joe is the counceler guy who the girl falls in love with (lucky girl!!!) but who do Nick and Kevin play? i forgot what the movie is called, but it's something about music. Of, and while I'm talking about Jonas entertainment, Do any of you know when J.O.N.A.S is going to show the pilot?
