I hivhly doubt its the answer to world peace...and besides it would increase the number of people starving...because they'd have the munchies CONSTANTLY

Weed's legal here, there's still plenty bad stuff going on. Not in the last place alcohol-induced, which is legal in the US. The strict anti-pot laws there have never made sense to me.
Those who do smoke are indeed generally pretty relaxed folks, but it's not like legalizing weed makes everyone mellow. Most pot smokers I know are pretty relaxed folks even when they haven't smoked any, while most of those who have a short temper have no interest in it even though it is legal.

Not really, because people would still be growing it and selling it to others, which would create an economic system where some were on top and some on bottom, just like we have now. Any time people take advantage of others by providing them with addictive substances that's a bad situation. The world would be much better off if no one used marijuana.

if weed was illegal you would have so many car accidents, so many DUI's and so many stupid people. Not to mention dangerous people. I work at a restaurant and to be honest I would much rather trust the chef whos been there 3 days and sober verses the chef whos been there 10 years and high.

hey stoner, some countries, or parts of countries, have made it legal & nothing changes re people being more peaceful. there's still the same amount of crime & violence in their society, don't be so naive.
