im only 15.

my nose is VERY damaged.
ive burned it so many times when i was younger that its now thick, leathery, bumpy, red, and covered in freckles.

only lately has it been so bad with the bumps, they look like tiny blisters.

but im RELIGIOUS about applying sunscreen.
skin cancer runs in my family and i AM GOING TO PREVENT MINE AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE.

how can i get my nose back to normal without extensive treatments or surgery?

THANKS A BUNNCH :D

See a dermatologist & ask about Retin-A or another topical agent to help your skin heal.

Continue to be diligent about sunscreen. Also were a hat impregnated w/ SPF. ex) http://www.sunprecautions.com/shop_all.asp?CAT=ha&SUBCAT=0h

With your family history and previous burns, I recommend you talk to a dermatologist soon. This is something that really needs to be discussed with a doctor. I highly doubt that anyone here can tell you how to reverse sun damage, other than through some sort of skin resurfacing or surgery.

Please contact a specialist.
