its not letting me play games online

The PS3 is not restricting you to play online. Your account does. If you put your real birthday there (which is the right thing to do), then the system knows how old you are. Minors are not allowed to play online.

im not sure wat u mean but if its the ps store or games jst change ur acount as if ur 18 or if overall theres a menu in the setting bit of the crossmedia bar called parental control settings or sumin
