i hav borderline thyroid probs.is it possible to lose weight with proper diet and excercise or impossible?

doc saysi dont need med for borderline thyroid but is it safer to start with some medication?which one?

You can't start a medication without a doctor's prescription and your doctor says you don't need any. If you are borderline then your doc will probably want to check your blood again in 3-6 months to see if there has been a change. Yes, it is possible to lose weight, it just might take a little longer.
