I've always used Arrid XX dry....there are many scents that won't make him smell "girly." I've used it since I was a kid and it really does work. He's no different (in my opinion) than an adult that needs protection (via body odor) so that's what I suggest. All other things I've seen answers to is just to "cover up" your son's body odor. Get an antiperspirant and deodorant all in one...that's why I suggest Arrid XX dry or Arrid X dry. Trust me on this one...it really does work. I don't see why a child can not use it....I did and i'm still alive! Good luck!

Since your son is only 10 years old, try The Crystal Body Deodorant. It's all natural & will keep the bacteria that causes b.o. at bay. Product information: http://www.thecrystal.com/
Tom's of Maine also makes a good, all natural deodorant in several subtle scents. Product information: http://www.tomsofmaine.com/toms/dept.asp?dept%5Fid=500
You can find these products @ Trader Joe's, Whole Foods, etc.

Even though he is young, I think the only products are Axe, Od Spice. Try going to a drug store and see what they have. You should also let him have which deodorant he wants

there's old spice, tag, etc.. but maybe you don't want him smelling all cologne-ish so young?
Ban has a roll on anti-perspirant that works. i think it's for girls, but he won't know.. and it doesn't smell like anything.
