Some states have programs to rebate part of property taxes. There are usually age and income tests - disability and low income might qualify you. They are state programs though, not federal. You won't get a refund from your income tax.

Only if your state provides for a rebate of property taxes for people on SSI.

No. You pay in zero and SSI is not earned income so there is nothing to generate a refund.
