It all depends on the cause of your nausea.
Do you have any ginger ale?
If not, do you have any ginger root or ground ginger in your spice cupboard?
If so, brew yourself some ginger tea. It is a remedy that has been around for millenia, and scientists have only recently discovered that it has a direct effect on receptors in the stomach.
If it doesn't help, at least it won't hurt.
Good luck.

What sort of nausea ?
Sick, burning or pain ?
Sick, there must be a reason. If you dont know what the reason is and it is getting worse get your bum to emergency.
Burning is likely gastric reflux. Most of the emulsions are the same. I use cold water with 1 tsp of bicarb soda / 500ml water if I dont have a commercial variant.
Pain - panadol / neurofen, hot & cold compress. Try going to the toilet. If you start to feel hot or if the pain becomes progressively worse think appendix and head for emergency.

If your pain is that severe GO TO THE EMERGENCY ROOM. Nausea can be caused by many things--some simple and some not so simple--Don't second guess if you are in distress.

Do you have any tums? It usually works for me whether I ate something that made me sick or not. The calcium usually settles it. Or if you can manage it try drinking some milk.
