I'm not understanding your question. Do you suffer from osteoporosis and want to know how to handle your child while you have the disease or does your child have it? Either way, this is a question for a doctor.

You really do need to have a Doctor explain this to you. Honestly, you may need to ask DOCTORS . more than one doctor involved in the problem.
