As a p has said this is fexofenadine. The numbers in and of themselves are not significant, except as markers to be used by the manufacturer and health care professionals in product identification.

If a patient comes to the hospital with unknown pills, the numbers can be looked up on a computer or checked against a book to determine the medication. This is often important in overdoses and poisonings.

For the patients, the label on the bottle is what is important. If you are unsure of a pills identity, take it to a pharmacist. If you can't get it to the pharmacist, flush the pill in the commode.
