Eating small amounts more frequently keeps your metabolism up and prevents cravings/binges. Every time you get hungry, but don't eat, your metabolism slows down (the same way that by the time you're thirsty, you're already dehydrated), but if your lifestyle keeps you from eating 6 meals, 3 larger meals and 3 smaller snacks do just as well.

Yes - eating small frequent meals will is the way to go.
that way your body gets energy when it needs it, blood sugar is more stable and your body deosnt try storing extra fat reserves (they will get stored anyway if you consume more than spend during the day)
