The fee to file the I 129F is $455.00

Once she is in the US- the I 485 (Adjustment of Status) is $1010.00. This includes the EAD (employment authorization document) and Biometrics.

Before her conditional greencard expires (2 years) The I 751 will have to be filed to remove conditions in order to receive a 10 year card. This Is $465 plus $80 for Biometrics.

As far as airline ticket prices- they change often. You're best best is keep looking at prices.

I hope you mean "financee"? Anyway, it all depends upon what she now has. First she will need a Filipino passport.
Check websites such as: http://www.gov.ph/ .
Ticket prices vary widely, based upon the airline and the time of the year. We like to fly PAL (Philippine Air Lines). Their website is: www.philippineairlines.com/
Probably about $2,000 or so.
Most of the variables are due to lifestyle.
The easiest way to bring her to the states is through a Fiancee Visa...
