Cite in the west 40s has an excellent wine dinner. Each course is served with its own wine, and unlimitted amounts! Also you chose any appetizer, entree and dessert off the menu and it is a great steak restaurant. The dinner is pricey, I believe around $100/person, but it was a fantastic night out - one of the best my husband and i ever had!

No, of course not. If there is such a restaurant, the wine is probably not very good and no one will buy it!
If you must have wine, find a "bring your own bottle," restaurant.

hahahah "free unlimited wine." Class act. lol guess the corkage on a BOX of wine is a bit less than buying it on the spot.
