Well, your parents suck.
You would have to get the Court involved. You are too young to make the decision without the Court.

You don't mention why you're unhappy at home. You don't like their rules? They abuse you? If they are abusing you obviously you need to tell someone about it. If you don't like their rules...you only have to live with them for 3 more years. You can't choose who you want to live with. They are your parents and are legally responsible to provide for you. Sit down and talk with them...listen to what they have to say. Parents usually know what they are talking about and just want you to be safe and happy. Besides...moving won't make you any happier. You can't run away from your problems. They will follow you until you solve them. It also invites a whole new set of problems. In three years you will be able to move out and live your life the way you want to. Until then open up the lines of communication with your parents. (Besides...how do you know you won't be unhappy in someone else's home?)
Some people mention emancipation. You have to prove that you can financially support yourself for that.

EVERYBODY is unhappy at home when they're 15; it comes with the territory. You think that your parents are too restrictive, and stupid, and unreasonable, and all those other things. Without a very good reason that a judge would go with, such as abuse, you're pretty much stuck with your parents until age 18.

First, the word is allowing. There is no such word as alounding.
At 15, you are not allowed to choose unless a family court judge is involved. You can find other ways to try to find a happier life; try finding a local social worker to speak to. Besides, haven't you heard? Teenagers aren't supposed to be really happy about living with their parents, but then again, parents start to get worried you may not mature enough "in time" to be independent. like in 3 years.

Usually your parents are in control of your life until you reach legal age... but 45 states have what are known as legal emancipation laws. Essentially you can file for emancipation papers which you must carry with you at all times, which tell anyone who legally needs to know that you are functioning as an adult. Emancipation typically requires the consent of at least one parent or guardian, and can be revoked by that person at any time. There is a judicial bypass, but only in cases of documented abuse by the parent. Emancipation does not exempt you from juvenile status laws such as the requirement to be of age for drinking, driving, smoking, or enlisting. In some states it will allow you to bypass minimum age laws for taking the GED, going to college, renting an apartment, or taking employment.

Im in the US and where I live the age is 12 when you can choose who you want to live with, if you are unhappy. Go to a school counselor and tell them how you feel.*

It depends alot on your state laws, but usually if your parents are not willing to sign over custody and are not doing anything abusive to you then you have no options to choose until 18

I think you can choose at 14. I am in kentucky and my brother and his ex have one daughter together. He was told that when she was 14 she could decide who she wanted to stay with. Not sure maybe depends on the state.

You can do what's called a "divorce" from your parents. Google it. I think the age is 16. May be different in some states.

If you parents are really that lousy, you may have a chance at getting emancipated, but you're completely on your own if you do and your parents will no longer have to take care of you, feed you, give you money, etc.
