Does anyone know how to get 2-4 sims in the same lot but with different last names. I have tryed making them roommates but they have the same last name, i have tryed making them seperate with different last names and trying to put them in the same house but it says i cant because the lot is occupied. Does anyone know how to do this if so pleasee tell me ASAP !

id like it if they didnt have to fall inlove or become friends. I just want them to move in with eachother and eventually become friends

Easy. You'll have to make each person seperate. Move everyone into a different lot. You can have each lot plain with just a phone on the lot. Move someone into the house you want them to live in. With that sim, have them meet the other sims, get to be friends with them, then you'll get the option to propose move in.
I can't remember if the option came with the base game or not, but I know you can also merge families together from the Sim Bin. Just pick the lot you want to move extra sims into (must already have someone living on the lot), and click on the option to move them in. But like I said, I can't remember if that's an option with the base game or not. Good luck!

They keep their own last name, they are just 'rooming' with the other sims family.

you have to have one person living in the lot..and each other person living on another lot..then..in game..the person in the lot you want them all to live in..has to befriend them all..and then ask them to "move in" it should be an option when their relationship is high enough
