ive been out with this girl several times. she speaks only spanish and i only speak english. i haven't seen her in a while and i ask her to the movies. its a spanish movie with american subtitles. she says i can't tonight i have to go to a co-workers birthday party but another day. i ask her 3 days later if she wants go to on the next day she is off and she says yes. the following week i have been texting her and she hasn't responded to anything. i dont understand this.

Ok, speaking two different languages, who cares. Obviously you both 'can' understand each other, so that's a mute point.
Secondly, she's doesn't seem t be that into you. DUMP her like the trash she is.
Who tells someone they will and a few days later she's busy.
Yeah, it's the way all girls/guys get out of a date. Learn this.
She's not worth your time. Move on.

Here is your problem. First of all, you two speak differenct languages. Hard to communicate and have any meaningful dialogue if you can't understand each other. Second of all, she isn't interested in you. If she is not into you during the date, why would you want to waste any more time on this chick? It is time to move on and find another one.
Men doesn't understand women. Women doesn't understand men. If we had each other figured out, how boring would love, sex, and relationships be?

maybe you would understnad her better if both of you found a decent way of communicating. I think she finds it easier to hang out with ppl who speak spanish. my advice is take some spanish classes! or tutor her in simple english communication.
