I am actually going to be an 80s girl for Halloween. I am going to wear a shirt that looks like fishnet stockings (Of course I am going to wear a shirt underneath it) with a blue jean jacket that is really short and comes right below my bra (Blue jean jackets were VERY popular in the 80s). I am also going to wear a blue jean skirt and black fishnet stockings underneath it with black high heel shoes. I know that it sounds like something a street walker would wear but it really doesn't, it looks really cute because I am covering up by wearing the jacket and the skirt doesn't show my be-hind or anything ;-) For jewelry I will more than likely wear big neon earrings, a neon-colored headband, and a neon necklace...and I will definitely wear jelly bracelets probably from Claire's or Body Central

To fix your hair like hers, just use A LOT of hairspray. I really like the "Got2b Glued Spiking Freeze Spray" hairspray it will make your hair stick out really far like Madonna's hair!!! This is a picture of what it looks like and you should be able to buy it at Wal-Mart.

turn your head upside-down and spray hairspray toward the roots and part of the area surrounding it. then stand up and use your hand to form the rest of the hair into the shape you want and then add more hairspray. to be healthier, i think you should buy a wig. It won't waste money on hair spray and it doesn't have that smell.

Just put your hair in a high ponytail to the side of your head.

Definitely crimp your hair, or tease it and put it in a high side ponytail!
