my hair looks good all the time im not fat im not to skinny my boobs are...not massave but at the point where the jiggle how do i get guys to look at me my friend always have guys on her its not fair what am i doing wrong!!!

You could try expanding what you are looking for...consider dating someone 5 years older than you have been looking for.
It's not so much about what you look like, it's mostly about how "approachable" you seem to be. Try thinking friendly, fun thoughts and smiling just a little bit (not like a grinning idiot), like you just saw something you liked the look of.
And you can always be the one to make the first move...set your sights on a guy that you want to get to know and talk to him first.
