They mean do you have a facebook? It's a social website that you can go on, like Myspace and talk to your friends and put pictures up. You have a whole web page to work with.

Facebook is a software program on the internet that people use to communicate with friends and colleagues. You establish an account for yourself and then you can publish notes, photos, news etc. and share it with other people.

In English, we frequently turn nouns like Facebook into verbs. "Do you Yahoo!?" was once a slogan for Yahoo which meant, effectively, do you use Yahoo?

This person is doing the same thing with Facebook by saying "Do you Facebook" meaning.... do you have a Facebook account and do you use it?
