I would drop either the glass of milk or the yogurt and add a piece of whole wheat toast w/peanut butter. You do need some complex carbs and good fats in your meals, too.

yes, sounds very healthy to me. Add in a slice of either plain toasted whole wheat bread or rye bread and skip the yogurt or drink something else instead of milk like orange juice or another juice that is all natural and doesn't have much sugar. The recommended number of egg whites to eat a day is 4. For me, I eat 4 egg whites scrambled with scallions and salt and pepper and a slice of rye bread. It is very healthy for you and it keeps you full for like 5 or 6 hours.

Much better than an Egg Mcmuffin or Frappichino!
Lacking carbs and has too much milk. Eat a piece of whole wheat toast instead of yogurt, then have the yogurt later in the day with a piece of fruit as a snack.

the variety of nutrients that extremely provides us to 's-t-r-e-t-c-h' that early morning freshness ATLEAST until eventually the lunch consultation, to stay lively, effective, alert, sensible, etc.... commonly, the nutrients suited for ultimate alert is the nutrients 'designed' via nature for people (from our anatomy, biology -- or despite -- viewpoint). The shape of enamel, the digestive device that resembles the chewing with saliva, sending a in part pre-digested nutrients to abdomen (rather of gobbling that deep fried fat-rich tasty issues, and then experience that dullness whilst abdomen diverts our capability to first re-signify the nutrients into digestible variety etc)... attempt end result, vegetables ( determining on least plausible cooking), that salads etc, a touch of needed starch contents for sugar too!

Yes it is healthy. But if you are wanting something that will help you feel energized and help with nutrition and weight loss, the best thing i have found to work is 8oz. of cranberry juice. 1 egg (not fried) and 1 piece of toast and 1 piece of bread. nothing added and nothing taken. this is what they put a lot of our heart patients on at the hospital. It realy does work!
