Which do you prefer, breast implants or the real thing and why? Are breast implants attractive to you or you just dont care?

The real thing. Breast implants almost always show a woman is insecure about herself, unless she had to get them because of breast cancer or another medical reason. To me, I don't think there is anything sexier than a woman who is secure about herself and loves the way she is naturally.

I want the real thing. Once I find out that the breasts are implants, I get turned off. Breast implants are easy to spot because they are unusually big and are rigid. I like breasts that are firm and natural.

The real thing and they don't have to be big. I love small neat little titties. I hate anything FAKE on a woman. I want real hair, no make up, real breasts. When she starts faking everything, she loses her value as a human being, in my book. I can't respect a faker

I've been with both natural and bought.My whole philosophy is, "if the woman is secure with her body,it really dose not matter how big, natural,bought, or anything."That is what make a woman really look sexy.
