theres this guy at skool that i like & he likes me but hes shorter than me...i have a feeling that hes gonna ask me out soon, ive never dated a guy that was shorter than me..do u think the heigth makes a difference?

It really is a question only you can truthfully answer. Everyone has their own preferences, and without some physical attraction, its real hard to get anywhere. You already said you like him so I think you answered your own question!! I keep reading these "youre shallow" answers and I would like to see what kinds of people these people are attracted to. Most guys wont date a girl if she is fat. Most girls wont date a guy if he has bad teeth. So, I dont consider you shallow at all if you prefer not to date him, although you might miss out on something really good, but again, it is your choice!!! I myself prefer taller guys, ( I am pretty tall myself) but I have dated guys shorter than me, too. Sometimes, personality overrides all else!! So, I say go for it!!!!!
Also, for the record, extremely tall guys have this problem too, my bf is 6'6" and most women dont like to date a guy that tall. (It does make it kindof hard to dance sometimes, lol )

No way i have dated 3 guys who are shorter than me. Why would it make a difference? My current boyfriend is shorter than me and we have been going out for 2 1/2 years. Its all good

A lot of guys prefer to be taller than their girl, but it really depends on the guy. And what are your heights? Is he short? Or are you just tall for a girl? Have you ever asked him if he minds being shorter than you? My brother-in-law is 5'4 and he is shorter than his wife. She doesn't wear heels because of it. He never asked her to do that, but she does it anyway. Why don't you just ask him if it bothers him? He might not even care. Some guys really like tall girls. If it does bother him, then you can consider not wearing heels if that's what you want to do.

Nope it doesnt! My ex-boyfriend was actually shorter then me and it was so funny i use to pick on him all the time about it. So did everyone else( NOt in a mean way). But we liked each other and thats all that matter really.

not really a big deal my BF is like 14" taller than me and we work it out I just have to stand a stair above him to kiss him lol but seriously not a big deal. You would be amaized how many really great guys get overlooked by shallow girls just because of their height.

if you like the guy then it shouldn't matter. i actually had the opposite problem, my boyfriend is almost a full foot taller than me.

It would look weird, but if anyone would feel uncomfortable, its him. If his boys give him **** for dating a girl taller than him, than it might affect him. but otherwise, it don't matter.
