Guys don't really play hard to get unless their stupid. Most of the time we are shy if we aren't asking you out. If make it very obvious that you're interested, we'll be into you if we like you. If a guy ignores you, he isn't into you.
It's also tiring to always be the one starting the conversation and asking girls out. I've never had a girl start a good conversation with me in class and I'm a senior in college.

I try not to play hard to get if I know a girl likes me I ask her out as soon as possible.

usually not. If we see a girl we like (and actually have the nerve to talk to), it's usually quite obvious.

they often do - because if you are willing to chase them, it shows them they have power over you. don't fall for the chase!

what a genuine WASTE OF TIME...we have enough difficulty of getting laid (even married)...why complicate that one is beyond me...
