How did this happen? Take the pup to the vet. Don't give puppies over the counter wormers. It kills many.

Generally with ADULT dogs it is better to slightly overdose rather than underdose..not a huge overdose I'm talking like treating an animal weighing 37kilograms with a dose for 40kg instead of a dose for 35kg.
Puppies however are ALOT different...take your puppy to the vet right now!

What is the name of the wormer? If it's got pyrantel pamoate in it,then the pup should be OK,it is a very safe wormer, but if it's got piperazine in it,I would go to an E-vet.What's it called?

My Aunt Christine used to raise several breeds of dogs. When a dog got too much de-wormer, she would watch it. If it shook a lot, it was usually ok. But, if it started to throw up or act weird, she would take it to the vet. Some breeds are more sensitive to this kind of thing. Ask your vet. Good Luck & Blessings
