depends on how protected the software is...if its really protected then it wont let you do it at all...but if its not then you can probly just email it to yourself and open it on another computer

I am thinking that you are referring to a program you have bought on line. If so, this is what I do when I download (sometimes even free games, etc) Save the download to a specific place where you can easily find it. Mine is "Misc". You can sometimes actually drag that folder and all of the contents to a
CD. It isn't easy and you need to have and know how to use the CD burner. Good luck.

You need to install it on the new one, cant just copy it across as there are many files that goes with it and spread over your Windows installation.

you can use a data transfer device that connects two computors and just drag and drop eg belkin.
