he started it about a week ago... We talk on the phone and he says after a while let me call you back and I never hear from him again...until next day him txting me...Did he find a new chick? We talk every day and is gettin annoyin that he cuts of the conversation and says let me call you back and never does or when he does it s like next day or 4 hours later.
Is he dumping me slowly?

So he does get back with you just later? Is he busy? Does he have a new job? other friends? school? Homework? a mom?
Sometimes people get busy, and sometimes they do wish to drop you but they don't know how to do it. Maybe you should start the process of testing this out.
When he calls and then does not call back when he says he is going to, let it go. The next time he texts you, don't reply. If he writes again, don't reply. If he asks what's up.... tell him you're kind of busy... that you will get back with him later. Then don't. It's kind of mean but it is a test. He'll call you if he wants to talk to you... but it will show he still cares enough to find out what may be happening with you.
Then when he asks about it, which he is bound to do, bring up how distressed it makes you feel when he says he will call back and then does not, and you are concerned about the direction your lives are going.... Don't freak on him, don't whine at him.. what a turn-off... just tell him that you thought that was the way he was wanting things.

When he tries to call you back the next day DONT ANSWER let him know your busy too. Dont talk to him for a day or two. And dont be so availible. Be sure to end all call first, even if you have to limit the time with a timer! It may seem tough but, hang in there!

Could be. Turn the tables on him. You be the first to end the conversation, leave out details about what you're doing, don't call him - wait until he calls you. I know this is "game" playing, but hey - this will help you find out if he's really into you or not. And if he's not... be patient b/c someone better WILL come along and you won't have to be asking yourself these questions. Good luck!!

I dont really think he is dumping you slowly. I just think you are putting more into the relationship than he is.
I would not call him or wait for him to call you.
It sounds like a dead end to me.

Why don't you tell him he never calls you back when he say he does. And everyone's got a life. He still calls you back. Maybe hes busy doing stuff.
