I want to get a tattoo in latin. I either want it to say "keep breathing" in latin or want it to say something about a fresh start, a new beginning....any ideas? I would like the english version and then the translation into latin if at all possible

How about "veni, vidi, vici" = I came, I saw, I won, said by emperor Ceasar in ancient Rome. There is a fresh start for you!
