i took off the white skin and it revealed more white skin and an open wound what should i do?

Okay, there can be many factors:
Diabetes, Athletes foot, skin disease, etc., etc.
Only your doctor can provide adequate diagnosis.
Give him/her a call.
You can forget about playing footie's for awhile!!!!

Hopefully you're not diabetic--see your family doctor, better yet see a podiatrist (foot doctor) for this wound. Be aware of any wound that does not properly heal.

Take it to a doctor. It sounds like you may have dead tissue there, especially if it is an old wound

See a podiatrist. An appointment should cost around $50. Your problem could be a number of things.
