I sugest that if you have excel orpgram try it now.
first find a list of quran's chapters with number of verses in each chapter. e.g. from here:
http://www.parsquran.com/book/
and... make 2 colums in exel like this. and calculate the sum of each column and write it at the end.
1 7
2 286
3 200
.. ..
.. ..
114 6
6555 6236 (sums of the columns)
then add chapter number with number of verses in that chapter and put the result in the 3rd column:
1 7 8
2 286 288
3 200 203
.. .. ..
.. .. ..
114 6 120
6555 6236 << (sums of the columns)
now seperate odd and even numbers of the third column and put each in a new columns.like this
8 203
288 125
.. ..
6236 6555 <<(sum of the columns)

intrestingly you will see 57 numbers are odd and 57 numbers are even. and the sum of even numbers is 6236 which was the total number of versus in the quran. and the sum of odd numbers is 6555 which is the sum of chapter numbers in the quran(or sum of numbers from 1 to 114)

If your numbers are correct [and I do like to verify such things] it proves that Quran is indeed from God. See also:

This is sort of like monkeys at typewriters; given time enough, they will produce the works of Shakespeare. Such numerology is not at all new [reference]; it is, of course, totally without meaning. It is unlikely that Muhammad, when crafting the Qur'an, paid any attention to such things.

Numerology is not endorsed by Quran or Sunnah.
These ideas are all rejected so be aware of this fact.

Curious, but altogether meaningless as the Koran in this example is being compared to nothing, and therefore there is nothing to distinguish it.
