Stevia is a healthy, naturally sweet herb extract from the leaf of 'Stevia rebaudiana Bertoni'. The best quality is grown organically in its native South America.

Usually available from health food stores or organic grocers.

If it artificial its not natural. All natural sweeteners contain sugar. Fruit sugar=fructose cane
Sucrose=beet or cane sugar
lactose=milk sugar
maltose=barley and cereal sugar
corn syrup=from corn
