i have really dry hair and when i was young, i had really straight and silky hair, but a1-2 years back, my hair started to have a slight curl on the left side but not the right side. i just cant seem to make it straight. i guess it is natural curl, but it is really bothering me when one side is curl and the other side is straight. anyone can help me to fix the problem?

i heard that putting egg white on the hair helps to smoothen the hair. does that really helps? or it will damage your hair?

Joico K-pak conditioner is the best for dry hair.

Here are a few hair masks for dry hair:

Shiny Soft Hair Treatment
In a small bowl, mash and combine: 1 avocado (1/2 for shorter hair)
1 egg yolk
1/2 teaspoon olive oil

Apply to hair and allow to remain 30 minutes or longer, then shampoo and condition as usual. Amazingly silky, shiny, soft hair! http://www.care2.com/greenliving/avocado-kitchen-cupboard-beauty-tips.html

Banana Bread Head

* 1-2 ripe bananas
* 1-2 tablespoons honey

Directions:

Mix together banana, and honey in a blender. Wet hair with warm water and apply. For extra penetration, use plastic shower cap or wrap your hair with a towel. Wait about 20 minutes - perfect time to try the banana mask below - then rinse thoroughly, following with shampoo and conditioner as usual.

Mashed banana functions as a mucilage, much like aloe vera gel, protecting hair from environmental damage and smoothing frizzy flyaway hair. By bringing moisture to the surface of your scalp, this pack also serves as an excellent treatment for a dry, flaky scalp. http://www.dolenutrition.com/spa_recipes_hair_1.aspx

Most people have one side that just wont do what the other one does. Frustrating! Make sure to use professional products for shampooing, conditioning and styling so that there is no waxy build-up. A medium hold gel and either a curling iron or blowdrying with a metal core round brush should get you the desired look. Be careful with heat styling- it will damage your hair. A protective lotion like Fashionista from Tigi would be good before putting in your styling product.

Hello!!! You can use oils to moisturize your hair, but not something too heavy like olive oil. You should go online and get a product called Pro Natural’s argan oil, that stuff is the best for dry hair, it makes it really soft and strong and you won't get dry ends or anything. It's way lighter than olive oil and it has more benefits for your hair too.

Dry hair tends to be thin and rough so try washing less often .To prevent your hair from becoming dry and brittle,avoid using hot curling irons, bleaching and perming .Check out http://solutionsfordryhair.blogspot.com/ for more info.

Ege yoke does help but you need to use it with stale beer and a lot of other disgusting stuff. however you can just go to the hair dresser and ask them to steam your hair.
