Well I don't feel like sorting thru recipes to play along.Cream can be used as a topping on hot cobblers, oatmeal and other hot or cold cereals. In coffees and teas and as a mixer in cocktails. If I cared to compare what 400mls of cream is I may have an answer.I live in the United States of America,I don't care to find out what a "MLS" is.I do fine with Imperial Units, and will continue to do so forever.

What about baking a delicious rice pudding with raisins or custard? The recipes I use normally call for milk, but the extra richness of cream in custard or rice pudding would be excellent.

For a non-dessert, think Alfredo Sauce.
