well first off, im 5'7 and baout 113 pounds, i beleive im very fat, so i dont eat very much

breakfast: 1 peice of bread with butter, and half a glass of orange juice
lunch: chewy granola bar, yogos, crackers --somtimes with butter
dinner: small amount of what ever the fam. is having..

am i on my way to being anorexic?

You're already underweight. In my opinion, I think you are some-what anorexic already, your weight is no where near fat. A healthy weight for your height would be 140 pounds. You should start eating more, and I doubt you look fat at all, you need to get that opinion out of your head.

Right now, you are engaging in disordered eating. 5'7" and 113 is fairly underweight. That you consider yourself "very fat" is terribly worrisome.

Furthermore, butter is not good for you at all--it has lots of fat and almost no nutrients. You would do better to have a bowl of cereal with soy milk, peanut butter toast, or yogurt and granola at breakfast. As for lunch, have a veggie sandwich, a PBJ on whole wheat bread, or a salad.

Chewy granola bars are not bad for a snack; just make sure they aren't loaded with sugar and artificial ingredients. Clif Bar and Luna Bars make good nutrition bars. Their Nectar bars are fruit and nuts only. But remember, these are NOT meals, but snacks, okay? A piece of fruit an hour or two after breakfast is also a good snack.

Sweetie, yes - if you think you are "very fat" at 113 pounds. Well, highly probably. Please speak to a counselor as soon as you can.
And stop the butter - go dor almond butter or some jelly or peanut butter - at least something with some protein
And add some fruits and veggies please
Drink lots of water to stay hydrated and add a multi-vitamin
Anorexia kills - please be safe

yes and I think you know that, since you asked this question and you admitted to thinking that you are fat which you aren't at all you are really underweight. So yes I'd have to say that you already are anorexic, or close to being it. I am bullimic and anorexic...I have to go to a psychologist. You need to get help before it gets worse getting help now would help you get better faster. So my best advice to you is to get help now.

I dont think ur fat or on ur way being anorexic i think ur fine ur not fat at all if anything i would gain a couple more pounds.
