She has always had this problem, she will eat and then alittle bit later puke it up.. sometimes it is like something is caught in her throat, others will be regergitation, rarely is it hairballs. She has been to the doctor and is fine. I have switched her food when it seems to be getting worse. It will go on for weeks at a time then stop for months.

Change your vet and her (the cat's) food. Feed only at a particular time, every time. No hard food. Get her to drink lots of liquids (or go IV when she needs it).

She may be eating too fast. Try spreading the food out on a pan so she has to take a longer time to pick up each piece of food and see if that helps. Some people also have good luck switching to a different food that has different sized pieces so they are more difficult to wolf down. If that's not helping, I would have her rechecked or change doctors- there may be some underlying problem that needs further diagnostic tests.

Have You Tried Different Types Of Food? Like If she eats Dry food, giving her some food from a can, that's juicy. My dog would eat a very expensive brand of dog food and then throw up. Then we switched her food to Alpo and she's better.

Royal Canin makes a food for cats who do the eat and barf thing (it's real common in Siamese). I've used it, it helps a lot.

The bag is called Royal Canin Siamese 38, it's $11 here and lasts a month for one cat. Any pet supplies place can order it for you.

TRY CHANGING THE FOOD. THEY DO HAVE FOOD THAT HELPS IN DIGESTION.
OR IT COULD BE THAT SHE IS EATING TOO MUCH.
MY MOMS CAT HAS THAT PROBLEM, HE EATS TOO FAST AND THEN WILL PUKE IT UP.
TRY PUTTING SOME DECENT SIZE ROCKS OR FLAT MARBLES IN HER DISH TO SLOW DOWN HER EATING. THAT COULD HELP, ALSO DO THE FOOD SWITCH.
