quite frankly it's very rare for somebody in this society to become rich solely from working for somebody else. Money management and smart investments are the only true way to make it out of the rat race. Generally when people make more money they just blow it on cars etc. Meaning unless the pay is extraordinarily above average at the one job take the one you'll be happy with a job is a very significant portion of the time you spend awake during the day.

It is extremely important that you are happy with your work. It effects your emotional health and gives you a boost if you plan to make a career of the type of work you will be doing. Whenever you do something you like you excel and are noticed and appreciated by management. Find out what training you need to go higher in that company or an other one. If you are doing something you don't like it becomes drudgery and you wake up late and resent the work and sometimes the people you work with.

As long as you don't hate the job, go with the higher compensation. Just getting by sucks, and you will hate yourself every time someone drives by in a nicer car or goes on vacation to a cool place. Make enough to get your money working for you, then do what you enjoy!

I believe it is very important to love your job. The more you like it the more productive you will be. And the more productive you are the more recognition and praise you will receive eventually possibly leading to raises and promotions. And who wants to work and not be happy! It's not good for the soul!

well if the other one would make you happier it might
lead to something even better. Starting over is always
a tough choice. Do you choose money and being miserable
or being broke but happy ?????
