I hate the crowds of people---Most annoying, people talking loudly on their cell phones---
Little kids screaming and crying and their parents ignore them--
Trying to get shopping done quickly and their are people walking at a snails pace in front of you and you can't get around them.
Standing in the line where the brand new sales person is learning how to use the register.
The obnoxious "perfume sprayers" who shoot you with cologne when you walk through the fragrance section.
There aren't enough bathrooms..the ones they have are really nasty (hint---go into the fancy department stores)
People who are sick---coughing, sneezing and are spreading their nasty germs everywhere.
Can't find anyone to wait on you if you need something. Salespeople used to periodically ask if you need help finding something...in my area, their goal is to chit chat with oneanother and ignore the customer.
Going into the mall during the day and coming out and it's dark and having no idea where I parked my car...Thank goodness for car alarms.
I could go on and on. I avoid the malls at all costs..I hate them. I do all my shopping online or through catalogs. I'll go to the smaller shopping centers to avoid the crowds.

Yes. The layout is just not logical, unlike in other malls where the computer stores will be on the top floor, the clothes and fastfood will be on the second floor, the department store will be on the ground floor with the food court, and the third floor will cater to specialty stores. The layout of MOA is really disorganized, and scattered all over. I remember having a hard time finding the department store because it is in another building and another floor from the supermarket. And who would put the skating rink in the middle of nowhere, while the IMAX theater is at the other end of the mall? I think the skating rink and the IMAX theater should not necessarily be in the same floor, but at least at the same hilera. Also the regular cinemas are quite the walking distance away from the IMAX theater, making it difficult to find. Ang gulo!!

Crowds of slow people walking along chatting and window-shopping so those of us who just want to go to a store, buy something and walk out can't get through. And long lines at the register. Most of the time I try to avoid the busiest times though so I don't have too much trouble.

1. Fighting for a parking space.
2. Some stores have the heat full blast while you have a coat on trying to carry all those packages.
3. Ignorant teenagers who stand in your way & won't move.
4. Slow old people who have all day & you don't.
5. Someone who just bought the last of something you spotted.
6. Unfriendly sales people. Would it kill you to smile a little?
7. Ungrateful salespeople who can't say thank you. What gives?

I would have to say.....when it's crowded. Lots of people, long lines = rude, arrogant cashiers & sales rep. I also hate standing in line to go in the fitting rooms. Because of this reason, I avoid malls during the weekend. I go shopping on either a Monday, a Tuesday, a Wednesday or a Thursday, and I go early, right when it opens to avoid the "excuse me" (unexpected crowd). Also, I don't go to the malls during the holidays. I get all my Christmas shopping done late October or early in November every year.

HUM...A whole host of things. The crowds, people don't want to move so you can get around them. The parking lots where people are in such a hurry they cause fender benders, Pick-pockets that are watching you and waiting for you to let your guard down so they can steal from you. And the prices. Everything is over priced at Christmas time.

How it is always crowded and loud and the stores are either so busy you have to wait forever to get into the dressing room or too empty so the people who work there are watching you the whole time.

They're too big. If I have to go to three stores, it never fails that each one of them will be on different floors and opposite sides of the mall. Not to mention that when I'm done shopping I have to make a half-mile trek back to my car, while hauling the fifty pounds of useless junk I just bought.

Parents who think it's the best idea ever to take all 3+ of their screaming/whining/rambunctious brats shopping with them in tiny mall stores.

After waiting in a long queue, finally you get to the cash register and are about to pay, and then the cashier just tells you some commodities in your cart cannot be sold for some reason.
That did happen to me and frustrated me much.
