I don't have my own opinion. The image I understand is a recent concoction. The Middle-Age's idea was much more animal-like.

I see the small man's head with horns coming out. The one from the TV.

All of the modern American images come from our mass media. Any original ideas are gobbled up and assimilated into our common (very common) psyche.

I look on the shelves of our stores and weep at how ordinary we have become. Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas, Easter and the 4th of July are all marketing ploys with one or two icons that we all gravitate to.

This year, I decided to make all of my Christmas gifts by hand. I have been tinkering with them when I can. They are not masterpieces. They are gifts from the heart.

I think I heard 3 ideas, and I usually remember these:
1. Beautiful as other angels,
2. Disfigured and a horror to look at,
3. A reflection of the person looking at satan, like a mirror, total inner reflection.

Peace.

I'm wondering why you aren't more interested in what Jesus Christ looks like in His glorified body, since you said you don't believe in satan. Please take a few minutes & read the following scripture, it will give you a description of Christ as He appeared to the Apostle John on the isle of Patmos - Revelation 1:10-18

If you don't belive in him ,why do you want to know what he looks like?
Satan's greatest trick is convincing humans he doesn't exist.
If he has you whipped, You are no longer a threat to him.

He does not look like the "hollywood" red suit and pitch fork.
He is a fallen angel. He is deceptive & false "angel of light" and would look and act deceptive.

Yeah but you are curious aren't you or you would not have asked this question (smile). I think Satan, who can disguise himself as an angel of light, could look like anyone today. His secret is to deceive. Hey he could even look like Brad Pitt.

It isn't that important how he looks.
He is also not the most important subject in the Bible and is not mentioned in most of the books or mentioned but more in passing. The Bible is about God and salvation and not about Satan. He is however real.
