I read it read it recently, but it was "Enough." I am borrowing from it, but my personal list would be enough food, water, moderate enough temperature to survive, and I would hope for my bible. If I did not have my bible I would hope I had enough of the word in my heart to not grow discouraged. I have stayed in places that were without the things you mentioned, such as indoor plumbing, and running water. There was electricity. Most rooms had one outlet, and there was a lightbulb hanging from a cord in the center of some of the rooms. We drank cold, sweet water from a well that we begged our grandfather to let us draw, my sister and I went to the outhouse together, because one had to watch out for the neighbors boy who liked to peek. It was a glorious and free time in my life. I rode plow mules that had never been broke to ride, and was usually thrown in short order, but I risked a whipping to climb on anyway. I love horses to this day, but if I had a chance to climb on one of those old mules, I would probably give it a go. We had more than enough, and I still do. To answer, just enough to survive and hopefully the comfort of loved ones being near. The rest is just frosting, but I have come to appreciate the frosting!

Whoa, no - I need water and indoor plumbing.
Physical stuff:
I can live without TV/radio if I can be busy, involved with a community event. I just need time to move and not be bored.
Perhaps electricity, I can survive, but not like it.
I'll have sunlight to read by. BBQ for supper, yum.

I could live without going out to eat, extra books, God provides all our needs when my husband and I moved over 2500 miles from home we gave away so much stuff to bless others that we could not take cross country and we still had plenty. Thank you and God bless you for posting this question the Bible says food and clothing with this be content.

Physical things? Besides God, I couldn't live without a selection of food, water, coffee, my blankets, and my bible. Those are things I need, except for coffee, thats more of a want. Food and water allow my body to survive. My blankets allow my body to be comfortable. The my bible allows my spirit to become stronger.

The note is my substance of existence. without God's note i could perish and quit to exist as an total individual. i appreciate my relatives and could by no skill favor existence without them, notwithstanding, without God i'm of no fee to them or all of us else. I actual have become a sparkling creature in Him and that i favor to be not something more desirable.

money comes to mind. i've just learned recently that without it you're screwed. as hard as i dont want to admit that its true. im almost 30 and i've encounter alot of bad situations that could jeporadize other people futures including my own all because of bills and lost jobs. they say money is the root of all evil but without it how would we pay for anything unless we go back to the days of free trade.
