Arguing that microscopes are "lieing" is a completely fallible argument. Without germ theory, we wouldn't have vaccines, and without vaccines, infectious diseases (smallpox, for example) would have killed countless millions.
You're saying that molecules aren't real? Fine, let's just go back to believing that the world is made up of earth, water, air, and fire! That'll simplify everything...
And I can use your logic to state that maybe your eyes are "lieing", like microscopes...
In short, please stop equating atheists with die-hard scientists looking to disprove everything you know and love. Just accept that some things you will never be able to change - like the beliefs of others.

Yes, even if I didn't believe in germs, what would happen if I touched the doorknob of a public restroom and scratched my nose? That is definite. A God or two is not definite.
